Hands down, the best tacos in town. The sauces are insanely delicious, and the birria is wonderful. Rice and beans were perfect, and that salsa is probably the best I've ever had. I can't belive this place has been right under my nose.

My husband and I had a great meal at La Baja yesterday. The tacos reminded me of the delicious Mexican food I have had in Tuscon, AZ. And the beer prices are very reasonable - a bottle of XX Amber for $4! It's a great addition to the Oshkosh food scene.

ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!
Starting off, my spicy margarita was freaking AWESOME!! It was just the right amount of spicy, the jalapenos were hot but the drink was not too hot, the tequila was tasty and the drink was a delight.
I had two tacos that were described in detail by the owner and I was already salivating just listening. His Mama's recipe. He really is proud of his food and very well should be. It is fantastic!! My apologies for not remembering the names of the two tacos I had, but they were both slow cooked beef and SOOOOO good.
The person I ate with got two different shrimp tacos and the potatoes and loved everything just as much.I would HIGHLY recommend La Baja to everyone that enjoys Mexican food.
This place is truly a treasure!
